Rhonda Kobylecky, Director of Food Services

Rhonda oversees CACFP compliance, nutrition, and food safety for all 40 sites, including site monitoring and training in all four states, and enjoys using her experience and expertise to train and oversee staff who will serve our children. Rhonda has been a ServSafe certified trainer for many years, training and proctoring ServSafe classes and exams in both Nevada and in New Jersey.  Rhonda represents the National CACFP Sponsors Association (NCA) as both a Regional Representative and Board Member, and has presented a variety of trainings and workshops at NCA conferences and to community partners in both 2015 and 2016. Rhonda has found being a board member and representative to be both exciting and challenging, and the experience has opened her eyes to many aspects of this field, including the importance of sharing nutrition programs for children to a wide audience.  Rhonda’s continued experience will allow her to be a voice for many types of food programs that have the same passion and goals:  healthy, well-nurtured children and families.
